Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

When you're carving your pumpkins, don't forget to save your seeds and roast them!  Remove most of the pulp, then toss in melted butter, olive oil, sea salt, and crushed red pepper.  Layer thinly into a baking sheet and bake at 300 for about 45 mins.

Once the seeds are a nice golden color, remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
