Recently had a back yard plum harvest and made these healthy plum pops. Half, chop, and remove the pits from a bunch of plums....I had several pounds and made 10 popsicles. Cook the chopped plums on low heat for about 1/2 hour with juice from a couple of lemons. You can also add a little brown sugar if you want, but you really don't need any. After the mixture is pretty bubbly and cooked down, then let it cool off. Then transfer to blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a strainer and then pour into molds. Freeze over night at least. I also made the plum crumble pictured below.
