Family Portraits

Family is the most precious thing in life.  I love connecting with families and showing all the love they have.  It's like therapy when you see your family photos because it shows you all the beauty you have created in life.  For family shoots I like to do outdoor natural light photos in a relaxed beautiful setting.  I take you all through a series of simple setups and guide you into natural interactions so there are plenty of posed shots as well as candid shots.  Taking photos in your home using natural and additional lighting is also a great option, especially for families with small children, and is a great way to capture family activities.  This year I'm offering three options for family photo sessions, everything is customizable of course for larger groups or special events.  Fur babies welcome!

All sessions are delivered within 2 weeks of your photoshoot in a private online gallery with full resolution downloads for sharing and personal printing.  There is also an online store connected that offers you professional prints, framed products, cards, and more for optional purchase.  I will encourage you on these as it is a beautiful way to decorate your home and preserve your memories.  Before your session, I will communicate with you either on the phone or email/message so we can create some vision for the photoshoot.  This includes sharing images on pinterest or screen shots for example.

$75 Family Mini Session:  30-45 mins outdoors, up to 5 people, 25+ finished images.

$150 Family Portrait Session: 1 hour+ outdoors or indoors, up to 5 people, 50+ finished images.

$200 Premium Family Portrait Session:  2 hours outdoors or indoors (can be two different days), up to 5 people, 100+ finished images.

Kind words from Corina Turner: "Shanti is a talented photographer and I highly recommend her, First, the pictures she takes always come out beautifully.  Second, she takes her time during the shoot to get just the right lighting and angles to capture the perfect moments.  Third, she's so kind and easy to work with.  She has the patience of a saint when working with little ones."
